Kerry Mann, Chief Executive Officer
Kerry is Chief Executive Officer of Cranbrook Care. Kerry directs all aspects of the business at the corporate and facility levels. This includes strategic planning, financial management, property development, executive and facility management. Kerry has over 20 years’ experience in the health industry and holds a Masters in Business Administration. Kerry has been a Director of the peak industry body Leading Aged Care Services Australia (LASA).
Lee Marriott, Group Care & Services Manager
Lee is responsible for operationally supporting our Directors of Care Services, focusing on the care and services we provide our aged care residents. Lee is a registered nurse and has worked in the aged care industry for over 25 years. Lee is passionate in ensuring Cranbrook Care is recognised and respected as a premier provider of quality residences in both care and lifestyle services.
Janice McNair, Director of Care Services
Janice is directly responsible for the day to day running of Bella Vista Gardens. She is responsible for the overall quality of care provided to residents and oversees the operational aspects of the facility including providing a high standard of senior management leadership for staff, clinical expertise, financial management, human resource management and leading innovative care practices. Janice has 19 years’ experience in aged care; with extensive knowledge and understanding of the aged care industry. Janice is a Registered Nurse.
Margaret Russell, Residential Services Manager
Margaret is responsible for overseeing food services, client services, housekeeping and property services at Bella Vista Gardens. Her role is to ensure the levels of service at Bella Vista Gardens meet our high standards. Margaret leads staff on the delivery of exceptional service and ensures continuous improvement in all areas of service to enhance resident’s experience and satisfaction. Margaret has over 15 years’ experience in aged care in similar roles.
Cherry Owen and Sarina Rodgers, Client Relations Managers
Cherry and Sarina are responsible for making the transition to aged care a smooth one for residents and their families. In this role Cherry and Sarina provide an honest and open relationship with all stakeholders to ensure good relations between staff, management, residents and the local community.
Alison Thiele, Client Services Manager
Alison is responsible for all aspects of client services, business support and administration for Bella Vista Gardens. Alison and the client services team are the point of contact for residents, their family members and friends on matters such as admissions, accounts, appointments and to arrange lifestyle services.
